We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for an exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@solazola.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
