1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer governs the purchasing of goods (phone cases, screen protectors, and mobile accessories) through the online store at https://solazola.shop.

1.2. Placing an order on the Website or making a payment for goods implies full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of mobile phone cases and related accessories to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

3. Ordering Procedure & Pricing

3.1. Prices for products are listed in Euros (EUR) on the Website and include applicable VAT.

3.2. The Buyer places orders through the Website interface by selecting items, adding them to the shopping cart, and completing the checkout process.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment is made using the payment methods available during the checkout process (including bank card payments or direct bank transfers).

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out within Estonia and selected international destinations in accordance with our delivery options provided at checkout.

5.2. Delivery times and costs depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1. The Seller provides goods in compliance with European Union consumer protection directives and Estonian national legislation.

6.2. Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, consumers (individuals) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt without stating a reason.

6.3. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping expenses are borne by the Buyer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. The Seller undertakes to: deliver quality goods as ordered, provide truthful product information, and process claims/returns according to the law.

7.2. The Buyer undertakes to: provide accurate shipping and contact information, pay for the order in full, and accept delivery in a timely manner.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller is not liable for delay or failure to fulfill obligations caused by force majeure events, logistics issues beyond control, or inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.

8.2. The Seller's liability for any claim is limited to the actual purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific product.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

9.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order fulfillment, as specified in our Privacy Policy.
